Enjoy 5-courses of farm-to-table fare expertly paired with hand-selected wines by Eric Hiltz of Bin 412.

Executive Chef Scott Croyle will present each of the five courses tableside, walking guests through a flavorful menu packed with the freshest seasonal ingredients available locally.

Featured local farms include Clarion River Organics and Jamison Farms. 

Eric Hiltz of Bin 412 will be joining us to explore five wines, hand picked for each course.
